The aim is to ensure maximum satisfaction for all customers at The Himalayan Yeti and in case you’re not satisfied with your experience, please send an email across at care@thehimalayanyeti.co.in e and your issues will be resolved as best as possible. In case a product needs to be returned, The Himalayan Yeti would bear the shipping fee for the returned products considering the products haven’t been tampered with and are in their original condition. A refund for the same would be processed within 2-3 business days of us receiving the returned products. The customer can pick how the refund is to be provided. Note: In case you wish to cancel your order, please write to us within 3 hours of order placement for a 100% refund.
